Security & Privacy
Tennasity is built for players and families who want to track their game — not share their life. Here's exactly what we do and don't do with your information.
You can download Tennasity and start scoring matches right away — no sign-up, no email address, no personal details required. An account is only needed if you want to back up your matches to the cloud or use AI features.
Everything you track in Tennasity — scores, stats, opponent notes, match history — belongs to you. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose other than showing it back to you. No one else can see your matches unless you specifically share a spectator link for a live game.
Tennasity does not display player names, locations, or match details to anyone other than the account holder. If you're setting up the app for a junior player, their match history, stats, and notes are only visible when logged into their account. We don't run ads, we don't profile users, and we don't share any data with third parties for marketing purposes.
When you use Tennasity's AI match analysis, your match data is sent to an AI service to generate the report. If you'd prefer that your name and the venue aren't included in that request, you can turn on the privacy option in settings — Tennasity will anonymise the details before sending anything. The AI never stores your data after generating a response.
If you'd rather not use Tennasity's AI service at all, you can connect your own OpenAI account in settings. That means your match data goes directly from your phone to your own AI account — Tennasity never touches it. This is completely optional; the default setup is secure as-is.
If you create an account, your data is stored on Google's Firebase platform — one of the most widely used and trusted cloud infrastructure providers in the world. Your data is isolated to your account; no other Tennasity user can access it. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing [email protected].
Tennasity makes money through Pro subscriptions. That's it. We have no ad partners, no data brokers, and no incentive to share your information with anyone. Your data is not a product.
